Export your process maps to Visio (.vsdx)

BA Copilot now exports your process maps as Visio (.vsdx) files, and they use the real Microsoft BPMN stencil, so every shape opens as a genuine, editable Visio BPMN element rather than a flattened picture.

Open the Download menu on any process map and choose “Export as Visio”. The file opens and edits natively in Visio for the web and desktop, with pools, lanes, tasks, gateways, events and message flows all intact.

Together with Visio import, you now have a full round-trip: bring your Visio diagrams in, work on them in BA Copilot, and take them back out to Visio. Enable Visio export in Labs to switch it on.
