Added team approvals and audit log

BA Copilot now has a team approval workflow for process maps. Assign reviewers from your team, and each reviewer can approve or request changes before a process map is published.

The status updates automatically as reviewers respond — from Draft to In Review, Approved, and Published. A full activity timeline tracks every action: who requested a review, who approved, who requested changes, and when.

For process maps that have had approvals requested, only when all reviewers have approved can the process map be published as the team’s official version.
